I've lived at 105 Grand ave for about a year and a half and I can't say enough good things about this apartment. The property manager is AMAZING, she is so responsive and you can tell she cares about doing a great job. The property is very well taken care of, the units are very sound proof. Only on extremely rare occasions will you hear your neighbors. The people who live here are great, the neighborhood is fantastic. The only two slight down sides is that the parking is a bit small, but a tiny trade off for the quality of living and there are only two washers and dryers for the building with 23 units, HOWEVER, you hardly ever have to wait to use the washer and dryer. The tenants are very respectful and you can almost always use the laundry machine. You would hardly ever know that there are only 2 washers and dryers. If something needs to get fixed, it is done right away. One of the best places to live hands down. The property manager Heidi is amazing. As long as she works here, you can depend on this apartment being well taken care of.
