Kfc

KFC is KFC, consistent in food preparation and taste and cleanliness. However, manager was quite rigid and inflexible of just changing a $5-fill-up of 2 pieces of chicken instead of another $5 fill-up of 1 breast chicken. Counter person was willing to change the chicken pieces to 2 from 1 but was denied by manager. Inquired why-not ?. Manager conveyed of already bill of final sale. Did not want to spoil my appetite and let go. But to be inflexible for such a trivial equal swap does not leave a pleasant perception to its customers. Such a shame.

The guy up front was so rude to me just now. I walked in and he went in the back. Then he walked back and forth for 10 min on his phone. Mind you im on my lunch break, I didnt say anything at first and after awhile I said "hello" and nothing. Once he finally came, I ordered and he made what i asked for, put it in a bag and through it to me at the other end of the counter. You don't treat paying customers that way.

KFC - I’m not a refrigeration guy but I don’t think this leak above the beverage ice maker looks safe. I would stay away from the drinks at KFC in this plaza. The food is ok at best - I don’t think they throw anything out past the foods shelf life. A tad stale.. the restaurant is seriously dated - as all KFC’s. Please modernize and stop putting profits in your pocket.

I went to pick up dinner for my family on a Sunday evening. I have eaten in different KFCs over a 100 times at least. Never have I gotten burnt pieces of fried chicken. Not sure how automated fryers with timers can burn chicken. If you fancy burnt, dry chicken served with attitude and frustration then this is the place to go. If not drive extra to another location and don’t ever go here. “Yuck” will be an understatement for the food and service.
