Chili's

Food was very good, place was very clean, however the staff did not seem to care about the customers at all. I waited about 6 minutes just to have someone greet me and tell my family to wait 15 minutes when half the restaurant wasn’t even full. The waitress was kind but didn’t seem to have any enthusiasm or smiled. After we finished eating we waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order for desert and another 15 minutes just to get a check. Luckily the food was good, so either a 2 or 3 star for this establishment.

What a dumpster fire this place is. Horrible service. The bar only had three customers, and we all looked discontent. The female bartender kept disappearing. A waiter had to get her one time, and possible a “manager” got her the second time- to find out she was chilling by the side nook. Food was average, and lots of fruit flies. The bartender used a bottle sprayer to kill them. I will not be coming back.

Ordered food from here on August 20th 2021around 7:45pm and my order came I literally had a hand full of fries for both chicken tender meals!!! I called and spoke to someone named Matt and he apologized. I was suppose to have a double order of fries for one of the meals because I didn't want corn. He asked for my name, number and email address to send a gift card because I basically wasted my money!!! I haven't heard from anyone or received the email. As you can see in the photos this was ridiculous!!! This was my worst experience with Chili's in Paramus!!!

Terrible location. Manager on duty is terrible.. told me 45 min wait.. Hour and a half later with an empty restaurant, after asking to speak to a manager. I was told the kitchen was backed up with Uber eats orders and would take over an hour for food to come out even if I was to be seated promptly.. Total disregard for the customers that were waiting for over an hour and a half just to be seated, to then be told it would take an additional hour or more just to get the food.. I was upset and left without eating. Never had such an experience where the restaurant was so inconsiderate of customers time and patronage

We came to chils with kids, the lady in the reception was nice, the servers were also good, the horrible experience was with dishes (plates) that came unclean, it had crumbs from the previous servings, while asked to change they gave another set, later a similar incident happened while we ordered food for kids and the dishes were again dirty, you could wipe out the oil from the plates The plastic glass that contained lemonade were also dirty, I saw that after I finished the drink in it, too hard to believe I had used it. I called the manager and complained about this and tried to make the payment asap and move out of the restaurant Post pandemic I understand everything is starting again and even we are trying to help the community and the local business but such experience can hurt our morale too..

Amazing food absolutely incredible!!!! Terrible terrible terrible service waited 25 minutes just for someone to take our order an hour to get the food wasn't given any silverware wanted another 35 minutes to get the right food after it got screwed up by the waiter twice. If your gonna go here order it to go the service is terrible.. Try the steak fajitas Mmm..
