I found all the employees ok, some are pretty nice. LINDA However is the worst. I don’t know if she’s a racist or it’s just my family she doesn’t like but she never wants to help us. She’s always out of change (she won’t take anything more than a $20) or out of whatever I need when I show up. Even whenever any of my little sisters go, they always come back annoyed because she gives them attitude. Someone really needs to get rid of her because she is an awful employee. I never leave there satisfied when she’s working.

Went there right now the lady Chinese worker got an attitude and yelling at the customers she yelled at me and told me not to come back there because I told her not to be rude to her customers. I work in retail and I deal with lots of people but dealing with customers with that attitude won't give you more customers you lose money instead gaining. I told her I'm calling the owner and she said get out . Never recommending this 7/11 with everyone at the Pacifica pier EVER !

Me and my mom walked from or rv at Pacifica pier to get ice when we got there it is dirty stink of old building lady I won't post her name but I'm reporting you to a manager. She was very ugly with my mom cuz she didn't want to give change for 100 Bill I'm not happy she don't need to work in customer sevese
