Wow, what a waste of $8. The appearance of the building, staff and food took my appetite away. Gross! Even the bag while being handed to me was gross, crumbled and greasy. The KFC spicy sandwich is a great sandwich but unfortunately the Ozark location has always failed me. Today is the last straw and will no longer be eating at this location. If the corporate office is reading this the GM has to go or you will continue to have the franchise crapped on by this poor management.

My wife Spent $60.00 for a meal for the family as we do every Wednesday night for years. Our experience tonight was they forgot half the chicken. ( Okay accidents happen) turned around got the other bucket of chicken. Got all the way home and realized no gravy for the 2 sides of potatoes..I called and someone picked up the phone and rudely said " yeah?" I had to ask is this kfc, the worker said "yes what do u want"..I explained my situation and he stated " what do u want me to do" and threatened that if I come back we would be fighting!!! Then he hung up on me , I called back and got a manager who was professional & explained she is working with 15 year olds and alot of new hires. I will never spend another penny at KFC , and will share my experience with everyone I know in this small town. I know customer service is gone , but if u question your order here you had better be ready to first fight!!!

I only give it one star because the lady at the window was really polite and nice the lady on the intercom however acted like it killed her to take my order spent $59 on soggy chicken. Not to mention it was missing two pieces of chicken and had four tiny little wings which was considered four pieces. I used to love eating there but I will never eat at this KFC again I am so disappointed and so was my family

Spent 60.00 only to have rock hard biscuits, tiny little chicken strips, super greasy fish and hush puppies to the point of squishiness, coleslaw that tasted like it had been made for days and crunchy Mac and cheese!!! Seriously people, I’m not one to complain, but could we get at least one good piece of food from a whole order! My husband got a drink and there was no ice and pop so sweet we through it away! We where super excited to get food from here as we live miles away and seldom get KFC or Long John Silvers, but we won’t go back!

Spent 38 dollars on about 10 dollars worth of food. They left out half the order after I waited about 15 minutes for the food to come out. I called and talked to Dustin who told me if I want a refund to bring the food back. I said I was going to eat what little food we received and asked for a couple free meals next time which he said no to as well. Last time I come there and I can dispute the charge and get my money back. Looking at other reviews they should consider just closing the store. I get that they have staffing problems but it’s not hard to give good customer service. Own the mistake and fix the problem.

It was very good food. Chicken was fully cooked. It is newly remodeled, very clean. The staff was very nice, attentive to our needs. Happy to serve us with a smile.😀 We will be returning to eat there again.

Didn't get sauces that requested, prices on the seafood side little ridiculous considering the size of the product (very small fish pieces for 3 dollars a piece), chicken strips over cooked very hard n dry, and of all things wasn't given a receipt... how do I know I was charged correctly?? 25 dollars seems like a lot for 2- 3 PC tender combos, hushpuppies, and 2 pieces small fish!!! Makes it hard to swallow without the honey butter and ketchup we asked for!!

The KFC in Ozark Missouri is awful. I did a online order and paid, I arrived to get my order and had about 6 cars pull up after me. KFC told me to go park and they would bring me my order. ( 8 piece family bucket)
Every car behind me ordered then paid, and left so I know they had not pre ordered. After all cars gone, I still waited and after 20 min went in, on the counter was my order. ( getting cold). When I asked if that was my order, I got a reply “ I was about to bring it out”
I called the manager (not upset or demanding) asked what is the Benefit of doing the pre order. I explained what happened and he said, well we can’t just drop everything for you. Very rudely. I said but I pre ordered, those cars didn’t. He hung up on me. I got home ( late to my grandsons bday party) only had 7 pieces of chicken. I have called and asked to have the regional manager call me, over a month ago, I have done the survey and asked to be contacted. I don’t want anything free, I would like an apology though. That manager was so hateful and rude, not to mention hung up on me. I will never go to Ozark KFC again until I do get an apology.
This happened last month (April) still waiting to be contacted.
