Subway

Order for pick up, site said there was an error so di it again, went to pick it up and they said they never go it. I go check my bank and it says both orders I put went through deposit whatvthey saidnd, they wouldn't reimburse me for the money I spent. Waste of money lessons learned. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, you can make better at home.

I stopped in at this restaurant this evening around 9:30pm. One lady in front of me ordering 2 hot sandwiches, 1 guy stopped in for a pickup order. The lady working (black hair - didn’t get her name) was solo. She didn’t bat an eye… she moved through sandwiches like it was cake work. Pickup sandwich was already made and ready. As I sat and ate my sandwich, people continued to come in and she continued with her commitment to speed and precision. When I finished up my sandwich she was sweeping the floors and making everything tidy. After watching food service sink ever since COVID, this was an enlightening experience. It was great to see that people are willing to hold their head high and work. She truly was exceptional and treated the Subway as her own. Please recognize this woman. Utilize her to develop training and share her drive. Her server ID was 8251 if it helps. My sandwich was exceptional by the way. Thank you 🙏

The weight alone was horrid was waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to get a sandwich the people working there took it as a joke or taking their time making conversation with people while they see that they had a huge line when they finally help me the lady asked me four to five times what I wanted while she was trying to work on to other sandwiches for GrubHub instead of focusing on what I was letting you know what I wanted in my sandwich overall my experience with this Subway was very bad
