This Location is very careless on the quality of food They never get your offer right and serve you cold or burnt food my jalapeño peppers are burnt to the Max as you can tell also THIS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT CHARGES FOR SAUSES this location needs a clean house

It's difficult for me to say no to a Jack in The box Burger because I really think they are the best of all the fast food chains. I love their spicy crispy chicken sandwich also. I used to be able to eat both but not anymore at my age

Horrible customer service. Management is even worse, there’s a specific lady she’s either a shift leader or manager, she is always trying to charge for sauce.

This is the worst Jack in the Box location. Today the sold me a burger with no meat at all. I've gone on different occasions and they charge me for the items i ask but they don't give it to me so i have to go back and get them. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE.

This beautiful Thursday afternoon I ordered a #1 combo and a chicken ranch club and 1 value drink on the side. I was told by the young man I will have my total at the wjndow even though I saw it was correct on the screen. When pulling up to the window a lady took my money and gave me both sandwhiches, 2 value drinks and no fries.... this has haopend 3x already here at this location. Everyone's mixed up. No thank you.

If I could give negative stars I would. Thanks for nothing. So I got no receipt, a messed up order and the phone number to the store is out of service. Nice touch. I asked for the double sausage cheese bagel sandwich....
