Mcdonald's

Waited about 30 min and when i pulled up to the window not one employee came to the window to charge me. After like 5 min. I was was told I needed to pay in cash because register was frozen. Top it off Got my order wrong. Asked for my food to be comped because I was waiting and I could not pay with cash or use my rewards. Once I asked for my food to be comped the register worked and got charged. One of the workers got my bag of food and walked to the back and returned with it. I sm hoping they didn't spit or added anything weird to it. Just saying. Oh yea in the front counter as you can see thru the window. Some employee had his foot on the counter, how disgusting and I'm sure the manager saw. Not sure if the one I mentioned it was the manager but she didn't seem to care. Of course I did not get names but it was after 1030 pm. On Monday June 6. Too bad I couldn't take picture of the foot on counter.

Terrible McDonald's, I tried to stop by thinking they would have breakfast this early but they said they only had muffins and coffee. It's not as if the breakfast menu is visible in the drive through so you have to kind of guess and you want to order and if you do not want the muffins or coffee you are SOL and stuck in the drive through line until they decide to attend to the car already in front of you....

Cashiers and Drive-thru need to be more courteous to customers, a Hi How is ur day, Have a good day . I worked for a fastfas up North and then transfered back home I really enjoyed working there and greeted our customers with a smile regarding whats going around at home or a personal problem.. Customers COMES FIRST.

Let me get straight to the point. Lacking in customer service, rude, and not accurate with orders. You can't be rude ANNNNDDD mess up someone order. The woman who took my order sounded pleasant until I told her I had a code for a 99 cent coffee...then she sounded like she had an attitude. As I received my order the lady walked away. When she returned I asked if my coffee was sweet....since I don't frequent McDonald's. She ignored me, so I asked again as her and another lady just stood there looking up at a screen or something. Then she just stared at me and nodded her head. Then asked if I needed sugar and she pretty much just moved her mouth with no sound. Weird, but ok. I get 30 min away to my destination so I could eat before working. I specifically said sub for the round egg, NO FOLDED EGG. Guess what I didn't get. I got a whole lot of attitude and a brush off and no round egg! It's not hard either and they weren't busy. I used to work at McDonald's so I know! I give it 2 stars because at least it was still warm.
