Subway

I've been going to this Subway for 3 years and over the last 6 months, the service is going down, down, down. When they get busy, they do the first step to build your sandwich and then everyone is waiting on the toaster. They keep putting the meat on the bread and squeezing the customers closer and closer together, disregarding social distancing. Then when your sandwich finally comes out of the toaster, they start throwing on the veggies trying to keep up with the backlog. No regards on making a good sandwich, just pushing people through at a rapid pace.

Can not make a salad. Nothing was chopped. Nothing was mixed. It was in this order, spinach on bottom, then a layer of lettuce, the layer of tomato, onions, cucumbers, peppers then the chicken put on top. How the hell am I supposed to swall a hole tomato slice with all the others in huge slices. Chose them veggies up.

Honestly always loved this one. C'mon where can you go wrong with a drive-thru? Yes, I said drive-thru... Yet they do not pre-remake any sandwiches. They make it in front of you still. It is Subway, made fresh. And the employees are amazing, each one I've encountered was always professional, and loving. To put on a smile despite their day they stay in a good mood.

I used to work here I just got fired 06/27 , new owners bought it out, was fired because I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH. exact words of the owners wife who will bark out commands at you non stop is " you shouldn't be offended by this because you live in a bilinigual community" excuse me???. I was still able to communicate with customers I know enough Spanish to build a sandwich, a lawsuit will be filed with the labor department. My old coworkers were amazing , management/owners were good. This place was good until new owners took over. All food is frozen including vegetables , not fresh , PS if you ever see any small rowdy kids there 1 boy 1 girl they're the owners kids and they're allowed to run around, yell at employees, tell employees what to do and run in the back whenever they feel like... Sorry but not sorry. I've worked in food service 6 YEARS now with 3 1/2 years as a manager. This place is CRAZY. This man owns some little caesers in Camarillo too.. His subways product is ALL FROZEN MEAT. Even chicken steak comes in a frozen block that we have to chop up and separate so does rotersiery chicken.. Every single meat comes frozen... EVEN the bread I USED TO HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND ON A RACK IN THE FRIDGE TO DEFROST IT FOR MORNING SO THEY COULD PROOF IT. Mayo, mustard, Chipotle mayo any condiment is NOT kept in fridge unless in a bottle already. The new owner is out of his MIND EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WORKED THERE WHEN I DID HAS NOW QUIT OR TRANSFERED TO THE PREVIOUS OWNERS STORES
