Usually this place is decent but tonight was no good... I tried ordering a side of pickles but I was not able to and I wasn't given a reason why... The person taking my order act like she couldn't hear me and she had a I don't care attitude... Then she got my friend order wrong... He ordered chicken strips and mashed potatoes on the side... He got big old crispy chicken 🍗.. I got the #17 just threw my stuff in the bag and they have me a lot of sporks and no cookie 🍪... It comes with the meal... The service bad the food wasn't tasty... Maybe it was an off day... I guess it depends on who's taking your order... It's ok but be careful and keep your order simple...

I love KFC as much as the next guy, but this location is awful. At this point I think they try to get my order wrong on purpose. I'm probably too forgiving - you mess up an order now and again and I don't notice until I get home? Oh well. But seriously, EVERY, SINGLE, TIME. AND WHY ARE THEY SO STINGY WITH DIPPING SAUCE??? I can't speak for other locations, but don't go to this one, just don't. Until they hire new management and new employees that can actually take an order correctly, go anywhere else.

Well for starters who is running this restaurant? Must not know how to keep time because it shows on door that this restaurant supposedly closes the door at 8 PM but I was there yesterday and it was locked at 7.25PM and today I go back still craving a hot meal and its 7.30 and doors are locked again! But this time there's customers inside the store waiting and taking orders and when I asked for explanation the angry points to a taped piece of paper that reads temporarily closed open 10AM tomorrow morning? TO WHOM THIS CONCERNS! you can't choose your customers or choose your unscheduled business hours and expect to flourish with your company, this is a mgmt issue that needs to be addressed and corrected

I'm sorry to say that fo the first time my family and I are so disappointed in the North Oxnard store of KFC. The Family meal of Mac n cheese mash potatoes and chicken tasted and physical made my family and I sick with nausea believe that this was very old and not freshly made. Mac didn't taste like any cheese mash potatoes tasted water down and chicken just tasted like it was sitting for a while. It's sad because KFC was a family to go place for years not we are saying No more. I spend 44.00 on a meal I worked hard for to be left sick and hungry. Give this store thumbs down.
