Dunkin'

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to you'll sit in the drive through for 20+ minutes. It's nothing but young kids that work here that don't care about the store and is extremely rude. I work right next door an would go here every day but I have had way to many bad experiences here so I only go when I have to this place needs to be shut down or be put under new management. Every time I do go here the order is almost never right. Neither cup was filled up correctly with my order today so I didn't even get my money's worth an I work in retail so it's not like I can just go back or wait another 20 minutes or more to get it fixed

I asked for 2 medium drinks, the guy hands me a large with nothing in it that I asked, and when I asked about my drinks I actually ordered they were still being made. I told him I didn't want the large and handed it back to him. He then puts cream in it (still not what I ordered) and hands it back to me, when I say I still didn't want the large he then asks why I'm taking it, as if he didn't hand it to me. I was just explaining to him what I ordered and literally not being rude and then I'm given attitude for taking a drink he handed to me. Once we pulled up, our drinks STILL weren't made properly and we had to remind them to get our food too. The other employees were fine and I was trying to be nice, but the one kid was literally ridiculously rude for no reason. Thankfully I don't live near here so I won't have to go back.

Jackie is there every morning with a smile on her face , so pleasent and sweet and works so hard running around making sure everything is done.. she knows my order and it's always done perfectly.. the others are always so helpful and nice as well just thought Jackie deserved a good word.. not many employees like that anymore .

Consistently bad service. On separate occasions I waited 30 minutes in drive thru for a freaking coffee, was told that they could not make sandwichs that day, and food was dried out as if overdone or not very fresh. McDonald's and Starbucks are right across the street. Will not be going to this Dunkin again
