KFC Owosso has messed up our order the last 3 times that we have ordered from here. With gas prices the way they are, my husband has to drive back to KFC to retrieve what they have failed to include in our order. Each time we are met with arguments whether it was given to us. This last time, my husband went to retrieve the main entree a pot pie that he did not get and the girls working there were mocking him. The girl at the register was telling the other girl that “he needed his pot pie”, while the other girl stated”it looks like he needs a pot pie”, and they both laughed at the comment. My husband stated how rude and unprofessional they were being and asked for the manager. After stating that she was not in, my husband said that he would be calling and speaking to her in which the girl behind the counter replied, “ you do what you gotta do”. This was very uncalled for and this establishment just lost another customer. With this kind of service, we would not recommend this place to anyone! They would not get one star, but unfortunately can’t post without one.

Best chicken I've had at KFC in 30 years. I could identify the pieces and the breading wasn't just a big glob. Corn was old and ended up throwing it away, should not have been served but i can overlook that based on the quality of the chicken. Ordered on the app and the order wasn't ready when i arrived. i had to wait about 15 minutes after arrival for the order. In all fairness i arrived 5 minutes early, but still had to wait 10 minutes after schedule time for the order.

Horrible experience. We were 20 miles from home tired. Stopped to get dinner for home. Ordered $20 fill up original recipe. We get home find two biscuits, supposed to be 4. 1 mashed potatoe, supposed to be two. The coleslaw was barely big enough for one. We added a cake and coleslaw. Paid over $30 and didn't get what we were supposed to!!! We got ripped off!!!
