I have visited 6 times and was not happy with how I was treated and then these young disrespectful kids decided that they will give me four pic of fresh chicken and put 8 pics of chicken that been in the warmer on the bottom.like I was stupid. I made 7.25 and hour and I expect my meal to be like I ask. I used the drive thru.5 time and came in this last time. .I was getting for Grandparents who love it and they said it didn't taste fresh either. I save all my receipt for the days I was there .so I can report them .But every time I called they to busy.to talk. I am going to Banky r Texas road house to spend my money and they treat u respectfully.

I am disappointed every time I come here. The breading on the chicken was white undercooked and fell off. The mashed potatoes were so runny, Would not hold gravy. In the chicken stock that they use is really small. The restaurant is super clean and modern which is the only reason why I gave it two stars. Nothing about this meal put a smile on my face. Well maybe the biscuits were OK. I will not be spending $40 here again

Saw the commercials about the jack Harlow meal looked good thought I would give it a try today at 345 Wednesday the 29 of June. Needless to say I was not impressed at all. The Mac and cheese was about 3 bites had a weird taste like it was cooked with something else. The chicken was hard and cold and the bun was full of sucked up sauce. I’m just thinking if you don’t care about the food you’re serving customers why even have the job. Seems not to many take pride in much of what they do anymore. I believe if the people who fixed this sandwich they probably would have been disappointed themselves. I’m sure the people have the right stuff to do the job, but it’s like they just have no pride in it and probably don’t have any respect for them selfs.If this is your job than do it to your best ability or go get another job people work hard for everything they get today it’s sad.I blame the management and anyone who’s training these people it’s sad to say but probably lost a long time customer today. At least try to do your jobs!

Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Kept forgetting food in my bag, had to went back to grab the biscuit but not a single sauce. French fries is not edible because of the salt. Chicken tender is firm as hell, not the delicious taste it was supposed to be. All in all, I would give it 0 star if there is the option. Shouldn’t purchase when it was only 3 stars rated. Google reviews are trustable! Save yourself the hassle. Have something delicious somewhere else please!!
