Buffalo Wild Wings

We came in last night and it was perfect timing because they have buy one wing get one 50% off on Tuesdays. Jake was our server and he was super friendly and helpful. He made sure to interact with our toddler and she thought he was so funny. He suggested we try the cheese curds with caramel sauce, which we thought was gross, but it turned out to be amazing! Great location.

The food used to be so good here. Now, it's awful, at least the take out is awful. The last time I dined in, the food was decent. The chicken was dry, yet fatty and gristled and cold. The dry rubs aren't even up to par with a McDonald's nugget. Yet, they have no problem charging a premium for their food. Maybe it's just this store. I know that often poor management at one chain drags down the food and service quality, while good management at another chain retains quality. Something needs to change here at the Owasso location. Takeout is terrible.

No I don’t want to waste anymore time. We ordered through door dash. The receipt read correctly but the food in the boxes were wrong. When I called to see if we could get the correct order we were told even though it was BWW’s fault that we had to take it up with Doordash. Doordash said we could get 10$ credit to a 15 dollar purchase. We were told we could come pick up the correct order. The reason we ordered through Doordash was due to sick kids, so we can’t get out. At the end of the day it falls on you all to make it right and nothing was done. We will no longer frequent this establishment.

I have been a fan of BW's since 1996, but this location constantly disappoints me, the service is lacking and the food is 50% ok every time. I stopped in after months of being disappointed the last time and simply asked for an order of 6 wings and a regular wedes with desert heat and melted cheese to go. I checked my order and the wedges did not have chees so I politely asked for the order to be made right. She brought it and i looked at it and it seemed ok. When I got home, I noticed that the wedges had so much desert heat seasoning on the that they were uneatable. The manager defended the kitchen saying he was there when they were made, when I said I would send a picture of them he clammed up. Better have low expectations for the Buffalo Wild Wings in Owasso. Thanks.

My wife and I eat here about once a week to take advantage of their two for one wing specials. Out of the probably 20-30 times we have ordered, it only came out incorrectly twice, which the staff was always quick and courteous to fix for us with no fuss! One of the best BWW locations that you can find, honestly. Much better than their sister locations in Tulsa. Keep it up you guys! Picture taken last Thursday. As there is a chicken shortage (supposedly) there is no more bogo wings in traditional being offered only chicken nuggets are. Not to pleased with the nugget size as I have ordered before and they used to be alot bigger. These looked like the bag of nuggets you get a grocery store for $5. As for me, I think I'll wait till the chicken crisis lol is over to go back.
