Whataburger

We’d never been to whataburger and we were pleasantly surprised. The burgers are pretty big and they use mustard as their spread on them. The jalapeño burger had slightly grilled onions on it and it was really tasty, my only problem with it was that the sauce and pickles weren’t spread out evenly. The really tall gentleman at the register was extremely friendly and the food came out fast.

I love Whataburger and this is a very good location. It's going to get five stars from me. In this one instance, though, it's pretty frustrating that at 7:45 in the morning the dining room is locked. I placed my mobile order it and selected the carryout option because I hate waiting in the long drive-thru. So here I am, stuck three cars deep and I haven't moved in 10 minutes. I'm not sure how a business can make money by not allowing any customers inside and only serving one car every 3 or 5 minutes. Edit: never mind, I'm dropping to 3 stars. This is frustrating. Finally got to the drive-thru window and my order wasn't ready over 20 minutes after I ordered it. It's just a breakfast sandwich. Then he gave me my bag and I had to tell him it was missing my drink. He didn't know what it was and made me get the receipt out of the bag and tell him what the drink was.

It’s 7:15 and the doors are still locked. You can’t have a lobby that’s supposed to be opened at seven and tell me that you don’t have enough crewmembers. That’s not a customers problem that’s a management problem. Find people more reliable ppl. If a person was to say to go through the drive-through let me just tell you I’ve done that before and it takes forever when you have two cars in front of you it can still take 10 to 15 minutes for food , at this location specifically. I wanted to enjoy my meal in the lobby and not have to drive and eat. Trying to head straight out to Oklahoma City.

Whataburger is definitely a few steps above McDonald's and Burger King at any rate. The flavor of most things is fine. If you want a cheap burger that's also tasty, this is where you want to go. The only real downside is that it never seems like the tables are clean, so chances are, you'll probably get a dirty table. And if Christian music isn't your thing, you probably don't want to come here and dine-in either. It doesn't bother me terribly much, but giving fair warning.

I was interrupted multiple times while placing my order, kinda sucked having to repeat myself because they wouldn’t just slow down and take it easy. Got to the window and I repeated myself to the kid AGAIN, still got the wrong stuff. I understand some of the employees are young, we’ve all been there, but patience is a virtue. Let your guests finish speaking to avoid mistakes.

I love Whataburger! I think they are probably the best fast food burger you can get. Good quality for fast food, but sometimes the wait can take quite a while; especially really late at night because it is the only place open that late in owasso. The staff is friendly and professional. The only issue I've ever had; was occasionally they would forget my spicy ketchup.

Burgers are good but why does the breakfast sausage taste fake? I got the sausage pancake platter and a sausage biscuit but couldn't eat any of it because it was terrible. The sausage was thick and had a terrible taste and texture to it I was very disappointed it was my first time trying their breakfast and it was a mistake I'll stick to the burgers
