I have a friend who recently introduced to me Jimmy John's. I've heard of it of course but had never eaten there. The food was delicious and the price of the sandwiches was also very adequate. I have since returned to Jimmy John's three times in that same week for lunch. I will be continuing to stop at Jimmy John's for my lunch in the future. I have joked with my friend that she has since gotten me hooked on Jimmy John's sandwich. I'm excited to try their other sandwiches now.

I wish there was a lower rating. More than once I've had my order messed up here. Didn't receive my chips in one order. I receive a medium pop in a large cup every time I order. I work in the food industry, as well as fast food or just restaurants, so I understand being "that customer." With that being said, I've never called before until the last time I ordered and today. Someone in this store has a vendetta against me or something because when I order for my boyfriend and I, his food and drink he ordered under my account is perfect every time. Today I ordered bacon on my sandwich like any other time. No bacon. No straw and a medium pop in a large cup. When I called last time they told me mistakes happen. I get that. But when it's every time I order. That's no longer an accident.

“Freaky Fast,” but not “Freaky Fresh.” Put an order in for pickup at 3:15-3:30. Given that it’s a pickup order, I have to make a drive over to pick it up. I got a notification before I even left at 3:05 that my sandwiches are ready. I’d rather wait a minute or two for them to have my order made fresh than have it sit for 15-20 minutes after being made. This is also the third time it’s happened in a row, someone please fix this.
