Wendy's

They were super busy the day I went, but it was 12:30pm, so I expected as much. The workers were all nice, and seemed to communicate well with each other. They ran out of baked potatoes, and told the few people how long it would take, and offered to give them something else if they wanted it. (All three folks affected decided to stay and wait for their food since they were planning on eating in anyway. The food was super hot and fresh. Their Freestyle Coke machine was out of many flavors, and when the gent went to replace as many as he could, he announced to the dining room what was available.

I Doordashed my food and when I got it, my burger was not the one I ordered and the chicken nuggets were cold. (Not the dashers fault, there was only a 5 minute time gap between saying my order was picked up to my order was delivered. Whole process was only 13 minutes) Tried calling to see what can be done and no one even answers the phone. Not the first time my order has been screwed up either. This will be my last time ordering from here.

I rarely go out of my way to leave a bad review but this was 100% unacceptable! I put an online order when I arrived no one answered at mic so I pulled up to the first window to which I seen an employee and she immediately ducked to avoid then pull up to the second window to which I was greeted by a what do you want thinking I couldn’t hear the employees began to use foul language complaining how I had put an online order mind you it was just for a burger and some nuggets nothing large I told them if they didn’t want to work that’s fine to give me a refund they kept saying no that they had to make it this place seriously needs some new employees very rude! To add they also did not use gloves to pack my fries they grabbed them with there bare hands my order was definitely thrown in the garbage after this

This has got to be the slowest drive through I have ever been in. 2 cars ahead of me 5 minute wait for 1st car...2nd car. I waited another 25 minutes. I think it could have gone quicker had they not had 5 employees at the drive in window shooting the breeze. How about doing your job and maybe you wouldn't have people waiting 30 minutes for 2 Jr. Cheeseburgers.

We stopped to grab hamburger. Dunning room was closed at 1 pm. What's up with that? Went to the drive thru. Started 5th in line and sat there for 40 minutes. Got to the speaker to order and was greeted by one of the most rude people I've met. Sorry Wendy's if that's the way you want to run your business I'm done with you.
