I had McDonald's for dinner last night April 17 2023 and I had THE BEST chocolate shake I've ever had at a McDonald's the chocolate was so chocolatey it was almost black. It was bursting with chocolate flavor. This restaurant used to be dysfunctional but service has definitely improved since summer 2022. Update today Thursday May 25,2023 This very meal I had at McDonald's is the new best meal I've ever had at any McDonald's ever I ordered 2 spicy McChickens with Mac sauce large fry XTRA salt and a large chocolate shake it was the best meal I've ever had at McDonald's the fries were BURSTING with flavor the Mac sauce on my mcchicken was kicking with fiery flavor chocolate shake was good too I could go on and on. I can't describe how good this meal was thank you so much Oswego NY west side McDonald's you are the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A nice McDonald's with a great location. Went through the drive through. Was busy but the staff kept it organized . The staff are super friendly and courteous. The store was well kept outside. I'd recommend stopping at this location when passing through.
