Formidable pub with very good ale. Only a quick visit whilst getting Cask Marque scans in but a belting place indeed. Very happy with it.

Held my dad's wake her. Booked for 30 could have fed 60!!! Food was delicious well presented. Staff were amazing Place was spotless. Would highly recommend holding a event here.

We booked for my daughters 9th birthday 18 of us. We were placed in the snug giving us a full private room all to ourselves. The service was fab, they bought all meals at the same time, deserts and came in with her cake We brought with us and sang happy birthday. There was a few young children who were restless towards the end but the staff were lovely with us all. Can't fault them. We love the mount and have all our birthday celebrations there but this was the first time in the snug!. The food was amazing, service fantastic counting down until next party 🥳

I haven’t been to the Mount for quite awhile but had lunch there today as I was out shopping
The staff were friendly and polite and very helpful, especially EL who was serving behind the bar.
The food and service was excellent we had the Pub Classic offer which was very reasonable .

Service and staff are fantastic. The buildings definitely need updating and yes, you are next to a motorway, but it's quiet enough for a good sleep. It's the staff that make this place as they are friendly and helpful. We will happily return.

If you're looking for excellent value for money in this area then this hotel is perfect. Rooms are comfortable, customer service from the hotel and bar staff is excellent and it's reasonably priced across the board.

Our family eats here quite regularly as a little treat. The staff are nice and polite, that’s always a positive. The majority of the time the food is great. Can be a bit hit and miss sometimes but that’s probably my own fault for trying to be healthy and not order a burger.
Deserts are always bob on though and the prices are low.
Highly recommend any burger and desert overall.
