I had a nice coffee here sheltering from the rain. The staff were polite and efficient. The café has a spacious seating area. There are some comfortable sofas but these are a bit dirty and stained.

Now second home. Other than name change all the same. Great food... Be it eggs royale or fab club.... Its delicious. Coffees also amazing and the ambiance whether a catch up or working suits. Lotalty card makes it even better. So much nicer with a local independent caffe than the capitalism you see on high streets... Bring on summer and makesure you visit.

Had lunch here on Saturday, lovely food. We had toasted sandwiches 🥪. Quick service too. I like the fact its a large cafe but this did mean that there was a 50 minute wait for food another time we went in. Toilets clean, free tap water. Will definitely go back!

The food was lovely although it took time to arrive. That being said our coffees turned cold by the time we were served. Otherwise it's a nice place on the high street and we'd love to visit again.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and the doughnuts were great (if massive!).
2021 update - there is plenty of room to queue and tables inside are reasonably distanced from each other. I like the tables outside, they have some cover overhead, although if it’s raining a lot, some tables are more sheltered than others. They also deliver via some of the online delivery services. The doughnuts are still both great and massive!

Celebrated my daugther's 10th birthday here.
We talked through the details in advanced.
The day of the celebration everything run really smoothly, guests enjoyed themselves and the catering, and the ladies running the cafe have been incredibly helpful.
I could honestly not ask for more.

The staff were very excellent,friendly and helpful
I ordered scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. It’s was really nicely presented and plenty of food.
My only critique is that the plate was full of water from the scrambled eggs. Lovely coffee .
