Panera Bread

Genna is a very helpful member of staff, delivers my grab and go order promptly everytime. I was experiencing issues with my panera subscription and a few employees helped me straighten things out. Love this location, the sanctuary out back the developers left really improves the air quality on the patio. The roadside tree surround helps with traffic noise and landscaping are really great.

Second order for unlimited coffee...first time at this location. Ordered through app, with a 20 minute window. Waited in Rapid pick-up for almost 20 minutes...5 minutes before specified time and 15 after....ended up having to go inside to see what was happening. Spoke with manager and she found the order. The reason they didn't bring it out was because they were out of skim milk. Huh? Okay, but why didn't someone come outside and say something? In the end, not 100% that the Madagascar Vanilla was added to the iced coffee, which is an extra charge with the unlimited coffee ☕ program. Overall, I ended up with my iced coffee, they just missed the mark bit on the service side.

Had a sweet tooth today and live around the corner of Panera.Walked in and saw this 12 inch cherry cheese ring and had to buy it.The ring was great.Young woman behind the counter was what all stores should employ.Will be back for a rye bread next week.If you know what you want they have a drive thru and outdoor seating.Delicious
