The new brisket sandwich with crinkle fries is delicious. know where you get brisket shaved so finely. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. SMOKE HOUSE BRISKET DELICIOUS.
They set out to make a sandwich with layers of smoke flavor, & this is the result. There brisket is smoked for 13 hours in a pit smoker in Texas. They top that finally shaved smoked beef with smoked gouda, crispy onions, mayo and BBQ sauce & serve it on an artisan-style roll.

Lady @ window very nice. Whoever packaged order filled it wrong. Got wrong fries, ordered crinkle and got curly. Ordered brisket sandwich and didn't get it at all. Luckily I checked order before leaving window. It was corrected, but we were told crinkle fries were fresh made. No Way! They tasted old and were cold. Not returning to this Arby's again.

I'm not sure why they don't serve their fish year round because it's the best fast food fish! You can get a fish sandwich and an original roast beef sandwich for $6! Bargain and its good. Service was good too.

In the drive through I ordered the Mac and cheese and a few beef and cheddar sandwiches. I didn't get any napkins or any utensils to eat the Mac and cheese. I called and asked for them and she said she couldn't bring them out to me. I had to walk up to the window to get them. I just thought I shouldn't have to do all this because they didn't give me the things I needed to enjoy my meal. I wouldn't recommend this location due to inexperience and laziness.

Service was good, but didn't have Arby's sauce, which I was not told until I picked up the order. That info would have made a difference in my order. Also, ordered 2 French dip subs....got the dip, but not the subs, so I ended up at home with 1/2 of my order. So, despite paying $40+ so I wouldn't have to cook, I still had to cook when I got home.

Took my grandkids at 3:53 pm. Sign said due to low staff dining room opens at 4 pm. So we walked back home gave them till 4:15p.m. get back over there sign now says 5pm I call to see if they are really going to be open. Told them I know they saw us and changed the time anyway. Guess the guy don't like hearing complaints because he rudely hung up on me. Their food is not great so they should really try to be nicer or they will be out of business they barely have any now.

Food was hot and tasted great. Great value for the money. Tried their limited time cheeseburger. Burger was thick and juicy. Got a lot for my money.

through at 10am they told me five minutes went back10 minutes later they told me 10.30am.
