Average experience for average food, nothing to be over impressed about. It always a pleasure to wait for over FIVE plus minutes for your food order, to receive it cold. Another experience I had was discovering pieces of clear plastic in my food and providing feedback only seemed to result in requests to provide more information and photos. (That I didn't think to take at the time and I wasn't seeking compensation.) All in all my feedback to the business should be taken seriously and staff to be more professional in thier work. I currently don't recommend this business to anyone due my my negative experience.

My husband and I Had a meal here last Tuesday evening. 10 mins later I had terrible stomach pains. And spent the night with food poisoning. My husbands reaction was lesser than my own, however still suffered from poor and dangerous food service. Definitely suggest NOT dining here! Perhaps it's time for a health inspector to visit!

2pm Weekday= Ordered 2 Large Bacon Deluxe Hunger Tamers Box meals and both cheese and whopper burgers came out looking like mashed patties, the meat was dry and clumpy while the sauce tasted off, we also bought cheesy bacon overloaded chips, the bacon and cheese was dry and hard like the chips had been out for over half an hour, one of the chips was completely off like it had been sitting on the bench from over a week. The outcome of this order was completely disgraceful and now we understand why this fast food chain is very low in customers

Thumbs down to your silly operation of business times. My brother and I just went and saw a movie tonight and we wanted to go and have a burger and we say all these signs on the drive-through on the front doors backdoors everywhere saying that your business operations from 11 am till 8 pm I do find this a little bit odd as the next town over which is Bathurst is operating from 7 am till 10pm and I still find it weird that your main source of business are people who want a burger when they go out for dinner or they’ve just hit the pubs and they want something to eat or they want something to eat before they go out I don’t understand why you would change business hours and close up early when someone wants to eat something. Say a little bit disappointing
