Not so hot today. Literally. Food was luke warm and they seemed to forget how to put anything in the tacos, which were broken. They also put a very small amount of cheese in the nachos and cheese container. Oh yeah, I asked for mild sauce which they left out as well. Drive thru.

Fiance ordered us 5 chicken quesadillas without jalapeño sauce, when she got home we opened up the bag to 5 uncooked tortilla shells with only unmelted cheese in them.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years but looks like the management has changed recently. They got last 3 orders wrong consistently. I can understand if they were busy but almost every time, I was the only customer in drive through and none inside the store. What's sad is when I informed the manager, she just rolled her eyes as if I was at fault. This was my favorite Taco Bell but not anymore.

This store is GARBAGE. Save your self and go to phenix city or auburn, it's absolutely worth the extra few minutes.
Their menu is never accurate, the employees are jerks, the food is never right and even if it is its made horribly.

I dont know what's up with the night crew but they have not once gotten my order correct. I cant get half the things I order.
UPDATE 12/8/21 6:00 pm.
manager literally made me bring my whole order inside and pull it all out on the counter because she didn't believe I was missing my 6$ burrito. This is absolutely unacceptable service. She had an attitude about it and everything.

I done a doirdash order and when I called a lady that works there picked up the phone when I told her don't add sour cream to the Doritos locos tacos she said oh we don't do doordash you will have to come pick it up. I saw I have a Dasher going there to pick my up my order. When I call back to remind her no sour cream on the Doritos locos tacos she told me that they don't come with sour cream and then she hung up on me in mid of me telling her.

I will say that the guy working the window at the time was very nice and polite! I ordered a Dr. Pepper but whatever i got tasted like a suicide. Also ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and this is what i got....
