I ordered the Big Zax Snak meal and received three tiny, chicken nugget size tenders and half the amount of the fries I usually get with this meal. I was also given ranch instead of the zaxby’s signature sauce without warning which was very disappointing. Overall I felt very cheated out of my money by this meal and will not be returning.

I have never had a positive experience at this location. I try to order ahead, and the app gives instructions to pick up at the order counter inside. I think that will work well because the drive thru line at this location is often quite long. I arrive at the restaurant on time only to realize that the doors are locked and there is no signage stating that the dining room is closed. The website even explicitly states that the dining room is open, which contradicts the reality of the restaurant’s environment. I also tried several times over the course of ~ 20 minutes to call to ask what was going on only for the line to be “busy.” I was forced to get into the long drive thru line to get my food well after it was supposed to be available for pickup. There was also no clear way to cancel the order because my card had already been charged.
This is not the first time this has happened. This location makes no effort to be efficient or professional. At this point I have certainly given up on this particular Zaxby’s location, and I may even be done with the franchise entirely.

I ordered a Club Sandwich and the chicken had a very spoiled taste to it I legit want to vomit I only took 2 bites and spit it right out guess who ever is in charge is not doing the job right or checking the food. I want to throw up this food because the taste of it is unbearable. 😭😭😭😭 i don’t think I’ll ever eat at another zaxbys ever again dealing with their rude employees was one thing but now the food oh my goodness

Went here to get my online order. It wasn't ready yet and I had to wait, but they served the food hot, my order was correct, and I didn't mind waiting on the food. Patience is a virtue.

I love Zaxby’s salads but today I went and there was a hair in my salad as soon as I opened the box ! Definitely ruined my appetite! Looks like they don’t require hairnets while preparing food . I’m upset and will not be back to this location

I am a big fan of Zaxbys. But this particular location at this particular time was my worst experience. I dined in today and everything I received minus cheddar bites was cold. I don't like confrontation but fast food does not mean I want my food fast and cold, especially if I'm dining in. That mean I have time to wait for hot fresh food. Even the coke machine didn't have a lot of options because they were out. There are too many similar chicken fast food locations around for regional brand to be this way. Hopefully next visit will be better whenever that may be.

Waited 30 minutes for my chicken. I expect better than that when you have such a small menu. Food wasn't even fresh.
Update, went back today 1/4/20 and the food came out quickly but the restaurant was a mess.

My wife and I have ate here several time and ever single time has progressively gotten worse. After this time we will by-pass this one at all cost. To start this last experience, the front counter guy who took our order looked VERY unprofessional. Your visor belongs on your head not a necklace. Next when we went to sit down every single table was completely filthy. There's PILES of trash in the floor. My feet were sticking to the floors they were so nasty. The last major issue I had is my fries were all but raw. I don't appreciate my fries being cooked under the 8 mins it takes. Not 7, not 6. 8 mins. To say the least who ever reads this, eat here at your own risk.
