Niffer's Place Opelika

Been going here for 3yrs and never had any issues UNTIL today.We ordered and 15minutes later a waitress who was NOT the original waitress,brought our food out.My wife’s order was rite BUT-mine was no where near what I ordered.Nobody admitted to the mistake and brought my rite order out in a to go box.I didn’t argue or fuss.Still paid my bill.They BEST waitress we always used was not there today..Molly is great at her job and makes sure everything is rite.She goes above and beyond and should be greatly appreciated..

I usually love Niffers, so called in a to-go order on the way home today. Everything looked ok until I got it home. Checked out my Black and Bleu Bacon burger and there was a sliver of bacon on top. I checked all over and nowhere to be found. Then my wife and I bit in. We had ordered medium because we love a good juicy burger, but these were borderline mooing at us. The center was still raw and cold and barely cooked on the outside, closer to rare. I did the simple fix and tossed it in the skillet for a couple of minutes to cook it a bit more. Reassembled burger was ready to go... until my wife bit into a hair. And I know what you're thinking, trust me it wasn't either of ours. That was the final straw for my wife, thus the dog got to enjoy the rest of hers. By far the worst experience we've had with food in a long while. Needless to say it'll be a bit before we go to the Tracks again.

Would have been 5 stars, but the fries were cold and had to request fresh. The burgers were awesome and the menu was fantastic! I loved the way u could choose ur meat, then the incredible different toppings already predetermined. Got the Hawaiian black bean (pretty good) and the chipotle turkey burger (very good) . Loved the atmosphere and the decorations!!!
