Used to give this 4 stars but now dropping to 2. Will never do delivery again as my order is always messed up. Now you won't let me add bacon to a sandwich when you used to. I am always happy to pay extra for the bacon but now I can't??

Worst Jummy John's in a 100mile radius. They run out of everything and make people wait over an hour for an online order. Avoid if you like to watch your kids grow up, because you will spend half your life waiting at this place.

Ordered a sub, waited over an hour with no update, called to ask what was up. Whoever answered was abrupt, told me no drivers available, and hung up before I could tell them I didn't even want the sandwich anymore. Not worth the wait. Hire more drivers or crew

Ordered... over a hour later my food still has not arrived. says on my tracker that it has been delivered and no one is answering the phones .

Stopped on our way through LaCrosse... Never Been So Disappointed In Service!!
There were people everywhere... inside, outside and waiting in cars for their food!
No one told us there was over an hour wait to get a sandwich!!
Eventually a very nice Firefighter came up to us and told us the wait to get food after placing an order was 40+ minutes... Super Nice Gentleman!!
We were traveling on limited time so gave our sandwich to the Gentleman's wife and son who had not ordered yet.
Someone needs a better system in place here... no order number was given, no receipt and they don't take your name.
How can you tell me that you know what the heck is going on with 20 plus people waiting just inside and by the door!? More people waiting in cars!
I understand being very busy and people just having to wait... totally fine with that But the workers could communicate with customers and tell them this!!

Took about an hour after the app said my sandwich was out for delivery to get it (when I’m less than a mile away). Would be nice to at least get an update or some sort of communication as to why it’s taking so long.

Great food. The "unwich" was excellent. Store is clean, staff is nice. The only downside is the awful shared parking lot. Starbucks drive thru traffic sometimes completely blocks the entrance (and the road). Getting out is 25x easier than getting into the lot. :)

Ordered a 12 with all the fixings except onion, and oil and vinegar. I used to work at jimmy johns and I know exactly how to make it. I took two bites and instantly know the sandwich was wrong then I noticed a hair. I went back they “fixed it” but the sandwich still was incorrect. Got back in the car and the other sandwich I ordered was also incorrect, I asked for extra onions and it had little to none. Very unsatisfied and unhappy. This jimmy Johns has lost my business.
