Fresh, quality, fairly healthy food. The Fuji apple salad with chicken is one of the best salads anywhere. The half portion is an adequate size and the chicken is tasty. The dressing is very good and complements the salad. One plus of Panera is the easy modification if ordering through the kiosk. I substitute the Gorgonzola for fresh mozzarella at a slight up-charge and add spinach, olives, and cucumbers for free. The chicken and wild rice soup is also fantastic. It has a fresh, homemade taste. It is one of my favorite soups anywhere and I am generally not a cream based soup fan. The service can be poor to slow at times as the kiosks are not always operational and the promised food times are usually 5-10 minutes behind. The place is fairly clean and the staff putting out the orders is generally friendly and polite. This is one of the best and few healthy food options in Omaha.

I come through daily and usually everything is fantastic but today was a rough experience. The lady at the window rang in cookies instead of bagels and then couldn't find my sip club account after repeating it back to me exactly twice. I ended up having to come inside to get my order put in because she couldn't get it right. 7-15-23 8:50AM
