Wingstop

While I usually love wing stop, this location consistently underwhelms me. I get cold fries and chicken when I order here. I often feel the staff feels completely overwhelmed too. They manage to keep the facilities very clean, and for that I am impressed. The food needs work, after all, I'm not here just sit at a clean table.

My usual Wingstop is the Millard one because it's close to work and they always do amazing....except the fries (I don't think any of them will ever give good fries). Anyways... The one in aksarban😳😳 y'all didn't even sauce my chicken🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ like...at all, and I ordered the mild sauce. My wife ordered the lemon pepper and what she got was lemon juice soaked wings with hardly any pepper. The place was dead and they didn't seem to be in any rush since there were only three people working, one was taking orders and the other two were talking and laughing in the back not cooking. I'm just going to stick with the Millard one.

The kid who works the front counter is the only thing this place has going for them. Pizza hut wings are better. I ask 6 or 7 different times I've went for extra sauce and I've never gotten extra sauce. The wings are dry! The line is long! This place just ain't worth it. Never go here if you want good wings go to Tracks or pizza hut. Darn even Hyvee does better.

Service has gone down hill. Cashiers give me a wait time of an hour for some wings with hella attitude. The website does not take pre-orders but my card will get charged 2x3 times because of a lame zip code error. Its been over a week and the money isn't back. I ordered and all flat combo. Omg the flattest-flat wings ever, I got more sauce than chicken.

Ordered and paid for delivery, plus tip. Order came and was incorrect. Given another person's food with same first name. Had to use 30min break to go get order that was suppose to be delivered. Once in store I told them I wanted the delivery and tip back. Told me to call Doordash, but the employee said he, "Checks the dashers phone because he doesn't give out free food." So it was Wingstop fault...I called Doordash (has great customer service) who informed me that Wingstop had to make the return since it had been placed through their site. Doordash got me on the phone with Wingstop customer service (also great customer service). At this point I ask for a full refund because all the run around and inconvenience when I should have been told upfront to call Wingstop customer service from the get go. At the end of the day just make sure there is a receipt and REALLY look at the Dashers phone.

Went in was told it would be a 15 minute wait AFTER ordering sat there for 20 mins. Finally after 25 mins of waiting they call my name only to find my food bagged up when I told them I would be dining in… my food was sitting up there with the doordash orders for god knows how long when given the food fries were cold and soggy chicken wings were burnt and barely had any chicken on them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this. Do better

Food is always great the counter guy think he owns the place someone needs to slap him like Chris Rock.. just a little smart-azz !! I was standing behind the gentleman who asking for a cup for water he says $0.44 or you get nothing how rude it was for his son who I noticed was trying to take his medication👎

Ordered directly from their website for delivery. They chose Door Dash, did not tamper proof the bag or containers. The driver, Karen, arrived with a passenger, half eaten combo, and left her hair on the food. When I called for a manager they put me on hold and then disconnected. I called back three times, they answered and muted the call then hung up. It was a measly twenty dollars but the lack of concern and unprofessional staff will keep me away. I will never be a patron here again nor will my family.
