Panera Bread

It's a good place to get a quick bite to eat and a drink. Staff are quiet, no common courtesy when entering the establishment but friendly if you (the customer) inniciate an interaction/conversation. I think that if the staff would acknowledge the customers coming in, then the atmosphere would be more pleasant....but overall a good location.

I am a frequent customer of Panera at 147th and West Maple. I recently placed an order to go in the store, my wife wanted the soup with the baguette bread, the person at the register said you were out of baguette bread and did I want chips or an apple. I mentioned there is two in the display, she said those are for sale for $3.79 I really didn't want or need a whole one. I mentioned this to the young lady checking my order, not only was she very pleasant, she did not hesitate to check to see if you had any, I think her name was Paradise. Paradise was able to make sure we had a baguette for my wife's soup. Paradise really made my wife's day, it's the little things! Paradise exemplifies what great service is all about. I just wanted you to know how great she made our experience! Jeff
