The food is always so good and the staff is great. This location is nice and clean and the store is always full of goodies to look at while you wait. Love the ability to get in line online.

Took one of my best friends today and we were so blessed. The food was great and they were really busy! Love their Christmas decor. Even bought a sweater!!

Took my kids to Cracker Barrel as a treat last night and it was a disaster! Waited 20 minutes for our waitress who then delivered our beverages in styrofoam cups because they had run out of regular ones. Ordered our food and waited 50 minutes for it to arrive! My so. Was the only one who enjoyed his supper(he had fried chicken.) My daughter ordered the Chicken and dumplings. The chicken was dry and the “sauce,” was watery and tasteless. I ordered the Country fried steak,mashed potatoes,and greens. DISGUSTING!!!! We had to ask for refills on drinks and… not a pleasant experience whatsoever. So disappointed 😞 Won’t be back to eat for awhile, but will buy some Christmas presents

We live 100 miles away in Sioux City Iowa. It is a treat to eat at Cracker Barrel! Love the gift shop and friendly employees. Bought several Christmas gifts. Our waiter incredible. Food exactly what we ordered. Meal hot and delicious. Want to add merchandise quality excellent! I have many Christmas items I have bought over the years, fiber optic. They all work great. I have one request. Please build a Cracker Barrel in Sioux City Iowa. We are right on the Nebraska, South Dakota boarder. It would be perfect to bring people from all three states to it. I have written to you since 1991 asking you to bring one to our city. We have a Hard Rock, why not a Cracker Barrel? Chris Lowe Sioux City Iowa

Tis the season for the turkey fried cutlet, dinner. They were still serving breakfast but I asked if we could order dinner as we had our hearts were set on this fantastic meal. Did not disappoint. Out server was fantastic. Will be back before this meal option ends.

My table was dirty and sticky, but other than that, the experience was good. While shopping, different staff would ask if they could help take stuff to the counter to save for us. Check out for souvenirs could be better... one cashier and 6 guests waiting to pay.

I THOUGHT I placed a catering pick up order for today (Friday) on Tuesday. I called to confirm it would be ready while en route, because I didn't receive a confirmation email. They made it happen still, and quickly. I just wanted to shout out Teri O (I think that was his name) for making it happen on such short notice. You're a true savior and Cracker Barrel should feel privileged to have you on their team. You are very much appreciated for all of your help today.

Awkwardly long wait as our server was overly taking care of a table that was singing his praises while the rest of us peasants waited anxiously for his grace to bless us with taking our order. He was nice and cordial with us when we finally got service.
Food was tasty and hot, just like your mom. Had grandpas breakfast. The chicken fried steak wasn’t amazing but it was ok. Biscuits and gravy were decent and so was the eggs and hash browns.

Another great experience with this location: great tasting food and excellent service. My food was just like I ordered it and tasted great. The biscuits were hot and fresh which is my favorite part of my meal each time. I went with the strawberry mimosa this time, and it was refreshing. Our server was in training, but both ladies assisting us were super friendly and checked on us in a timely manner each time.
