Panera Bread

Came here on a rainy Saturday for some comfort food. Ordered a Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Never thought apple chips and pecans could taste so good in a salad! Food was made pretty fast and everything tasted great! I felt like the sandwich could have used more filling, it felt a little emptier than their online menu pictures show.

Ordered through ubereats gots the frontaga chicken sandwich and salad you pick two. I asked them to hold the cheese which they did. The "sandwich" had so little filling the two bread pieces sat directly on top of each other. Got maybe a tablespoon of chicken, 1/8 teaspoon of dried basil, 2-3paper thin tomatoes and onion slices. Way over priced and under quality. They are either cutting corners on delivery orders or in general either way would encourage you to spend your money elsewhere there are tons of sandwich shops in the area and a lovely Cafe down the street if you want baked sweets.

I do love this Panera Bread, and go for breakfast occasionally on my random trips. The food is good and nicely plated, and the service is good. The employees seem happy and well team based. I usually get the Margarita Pizza with sausage added, or the Turkey sandwich. They have a nice selection of teas,smoothies, coffee, and fountain drinks. I do feel some of the cookies served here could be marked down a bit, but theres a decent selection of cookies, pastries, breads, and other items.

Overpriced sandwich that looked like my 6 year old made it. The avocado was unripe and therefore cut into three large pieces that immediately fell out of the sandwich as soon as I opened it. They don’t answer the phone here, I’m probably not going to make it through customer service before my lunch is up. Please do better.

New to the area since July 21, sorry - late post! This Panera 99.9% of the time, is 10 stars!!! By far THE BEST Panera I've ever been to, and I've been going for 15+ years! One of the managers, Shelly is excellent! Very good customer service, she's always very accommodating and more than willing to fix anything that comes up. The drive thru, also, again, I'm not kidding when I say, 99.9% of the time, again, are the best!! Always so friendly, kind, genuine!! Overall quality and customer service. There's another manager who's also always nice!! Don't remember the name. Just overall - THIS Olympia Panera - Super friendly and fresh food and coffee. 🙂
