Sonic Drive-in

This is the worst Sonic in Oklahoma City They are always slow and they never get their orders right. Last night I ordered a chili dog with chili and mustard only and a drink. I got the drink promptly but took 10 minutes....10 minutes to get my chili dog that they didn't get right. And it was cold, the guy who handed it to me smashed it as he was handing it to me. I look at my smooshed chili dog that had chili and cheese only. Looked liked to me they was having a party instead of doing their job correctly. I WILL NOT go to this Sonic and will discourage others to not go to this Sonic as well.

I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 of the Frito chili cheese wraps. When I got home and bit into one it didn’t taste right. I opened it and there was no chili. It had a little bit of scrambled egg, a touch of cheese and maybe 2 Fritos. Not what I ordered and tasted terrible. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because the girl at the window was polite and friendly. I worked at the corporate office of Sonic many years ago and this is not up to their standards.

Stopped going here,its been bad for years n isn't getting better.example,I was served a blast when the ice cream machine was out of ice cream or not working properly...It looked like gray nasty mix or idk,was inedible.Girl at window didn't care cause she sold it to us..Called n we were given a replacement on a later day,woohoo. I could add more but you get the picture.

Jade the general manager and her crew are amazing the food here is always hot and fresh and the service is top notch this is the only sonic I will support in okc area the wait time is no longer than any other fast food restaurant due to short staffing I'm very loyal to this sonic I even love to deliver from this establishment because they always bring me the food with a smile even though it's not mine lol
