Dunkin'

Oh my God! I didn't even notice that the writing on my cup until after I left about 20 minutes later. And when I noticed it made me so happy! thank you to whoever wrote this on my cup you really made my day it made me feel special! This Dunkin is so awesome I always Order ahead on the app and they always have my coffee ready when I walk through the door, they are so great at this location I can't stress that enough!

Went and order three sausage egg and cheese wraps and they give me bagel instead. When the first bag came out, I put it at the window and told them I ordered wraps. I am there sitting waiting think the right order was going to come out instead the rest of the orders was also bagel, I wave to get her attention she walked away. When they realized I was not move she came and said I will make it back but you have to rejoin the line I said no because mistake can make but being in customer service her job is fixing the order I not even care if is apologized she said well you can’t stay there again walked away. So I press my horn so she don’t waste the company food I told her to refund everything so she did and didn’t give me a receipt I have to take picture of it because she can’t get a copy with a lot of attitude so I told it’s poor customer service

Most of the time everything is wonderful but some of the staff don't listen when you tell them what you want. Examples; if you order a large coffee and ask for five and five, be sure you check it before you leave because several times we get one coffee and one cream instead of what we ordered and have to return it to have it redone.

Sam was the best! He hooked us up with the best pricing on our specialty pumpkin spice drink. He's a great asset and his hair is a work of art. You can tell he enjoys helping people and offering his opinions. His parents must be proud of him. The black coffee was great as always. 5 out of 7 stars for a perfect score.
