Denny's

Cook was great. Food tasted great. Server was doing his best, on drugs maybe. He was all over the place. Hostes was non apparent. She came out of the bathroom after 30 mins. Saying I'm sorry. She was sniffing a lot. Didn't care for anyone just taking about a 3 some with some customer. It was weird. The whole diner could hear. She was talking very loud. When I went to pay, she was gone again. I sat for another 10-15 mind until she came out of the bathroom again. She was complaining about female issues ( to which I fully understand), but you still have job to do. I have a job to get to, I need speedy service so I can continue on my job as well. All in all. The food was good. But service needs help bad. This was at 130 am. I get grave workers. But it felt so unsanitary. You can smell the bathroom from across the diner. Idk. Sad.

The staff at this location was incredible this morning! I was also present when one of the waitresses had a seizure and it was handled incredibly well. Her manager came into the lobby and guided her through it. When she came to, she reassured her that there was nothing to be embarrassed about, and was incredibly kind and patient with her. This manager (I WISH I caught her name, but she was a blonde woman with glasses) was educated and prepared for the situation and it was comforting to myself and those around me to see that. The other staff members around her were also amazing, and were so respectful of her and her situation. There is an incredible team in this location, which can be hard to find in the service industry. You can really see the bond they have with each other and how they care for the business. Keep it up!

Not only was our food and service at this location superb, but while we were eating a server began having a seizure and the response from staff blew me away. Everyone dropped what they were doing and rushed to the woman's aid. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the name of the manager who came running to help, but she deserves a raise for the way she handled the situation. There aren't many people, especially in fast food, that genuinely care for their employees anymore, but this manager displayed true caring and heroism to help her employee. Thank you Denny's for having such an amazing and caring staff!

Boy I should have taken pictures! The food was perfect coming out of the kitchen here today. Seriously, worthy of a menu cover or magazine. And it was prepared perfectly! I had a complicated custom order at 530 pm on a weeknight and the server and the kitchen got it just right. Service was attentive and friendly and everything was just right. My wife had breakfast for dinner: pancakes and crispy bacon and eggs scrambled with hash browns. The hash browns were perfect. I had the hit Nashville spicy chicken but with no spicy sauce and onion rings. Everything was hot and fresh and at the same time. Thanks Denny's! Best diner meal on a long time.

I've had bad Experiences from Danny's before. But let me tell you this dinner was DELICIOUS!!! It was better than sizzler, it was better then apple bees. My burger was fresh and hot! And the fries were so crispy and soft on the inside! This dinner was as good as going to a restaurant such as red robin. Completely changed my perspective on dennys. 10/10! Oh and the waitress.... Kyerinda made it such a fun time. She has such a beautiful personality. I loved her customer service! Def going there again!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
