Burger King

They seem to have fired all the hood rat trash that was employed here and started fresh. The past few weeks I haven’t had to debate about stopping here, the food is fresh and piping hot, every time. My order has been correct since the new staff started. It no longer takes 45 minutes. I am so happy for our community to have such great employees at our local BK!

Update to previous visit. Dated 11/18/23 Amazing difference!!! Person at window is from Claremont store. Fast service , absolutely polite and great personality!! Lets rate the food quality and appearance. Past visits i was very disappointed Happy to say this visit amazed me! The quality of the hash browns in flavor and presentation 10 star. The quality and taste of our breakfast sandwich. Full of flavors cheesey delicious!!! Thank you for all the improvements to this location. Corp if ypur reading this. Please reach out the this gentleman from Claremont store and congratulate him for his influences. Old review. Only one person running counter and drive thru. Hamburgers were cold dry and old. Tasted like they cooked hamburgers and kept them staged. Lettuce and tomato was fresh. French fries were actually good. Chicken fries were actually good. Drinks were good. Still don't recommend this location until they improve food freshness Prio visit Warning ⚠️ don't go to this location. Waisted 20 min in drive thru. 🛑 Owner if you read this contact me. You need to fire the management and some staff. Your giving Burger King a bad name! Tried to order in drive thru. Asked for breakfast burrito. Nope there out. Made different order. Lady takes for ever to respond. Takes order then tells us go to first window. Watched car leave first window never paid. Becuase no one at first window.No one at first Window so we move to 2nd window now. Get told we didn't get your order. We tell her our order. She says we don't have biscuits. We cancelled order and left.

Not very busy so, you can eat and relax a little. But, what I enjoyed most was the very, very, very sweet young lady that, cashiered on this day. Wished I’ve gotten her name. She is a mother of a newborn. Her kind and gentle spirit was genuine! I just had to let her know this. After eating and relaxing was over I was about to head out the door but, couldn’t without thanking her again. That’s how much she impressed me. Go, check this young lady(mother of a newborn) and this restaurant out? She’s a keeper!

I love going to Burger King despite the long wait times. I decided to try the burger king located at E. Silver Star road in Ocoee. Although the wait was long the food came out fresh. So I decided to try this location again on October 2, 2021. I had the opportunity to observe Deborah (pronounced Dee-Bore-Rah) in action. She was training someone on the register, ensuring that her team provided excellent service to the lobby guest as she was instructing the remaining staff on how to be efficient and complete a customer's order from payment to delivering their food within established time goals. I love how she encouraged her team as they started to get busy. This lady should be recognized her leadership, empathy, customer service skills, and attention to Burger King's public perception. If you are looking for fresh fast food, give this Burger King a try. I will definitely be back!
