This is one of my favorite locations to visit customer service and management is beyond five stars my subs are always fresh the location is always busy but never busy enough to have my food on time.

Lovely Firehouse Subs. The employees an atmosphere is super nice, the restaurant is clean and inviting. Also top notch bathroom service, very well maintained and stocked. Also food was super yummy, and hot n fresh upon receiving. Furthermore, I'd fully recommend this Firehouse, so if your stopping by grab a sub an maybe a yummy chocolate chip cookie on your way out.
PROS: Polite employees that are willing to go above an beyond, recommend specials and just all round lovely establishment. Very clean an maintained, also windows were sparkling clean, along with floor and surfaces. Food was prepped excellent, an order for group correct.
CONS: none upon this present visit

I love Firehouse Subs, so good. Today, Rose took my order on the phone (possibly the first time ever I was not put on hold to place my order). She was kind, polite and has a lovely voice. I was lucky to meet her in person as she also cashed me out in store. Rose took the time to make sure I had everything I ordered and is the most pleasant person I’ve meet in a faster food establishment in a really long time. Thank you Rose for the excellent service, I wish all employees were as kind and efficient as you.

Just left Firehouse Ocoee. The young lady that took my order over the phone was kind and sweet. Got there and was greeted with smiles and kindness. Thank you I needed it. Keep up the good work. Came here with my mother and sister and we really like the customer service and the subs are great!
10/10 on the customer service alone . The employees here really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and everyone gets along which you rarely see in establishments .

Akeelah!! Akeelah!! She gave me the BEST!! customer service i have ever had! She deserves a raise!! And promotion! She deserves recognition!! She deserves flowers for the kindness she showed me & my niece yesterday! Never knew they had hats for kids in all my years going there. I wish i could afford to do more than leave a review, this the least of what she deserves, i am greatly appreciative of her generosity and kindness. Thank you Akeelah!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my sub. The staff is friendly and the sub was worth the money. I needed a break from subway. Thank you for wearing masks while preparing food for the public during a pandemic.

Been going here over 10 years was my favorite location growing up and still is today after coming back to the area after 2 years the staff still always greets you with that warm welcome
To fire house everyone seems to actually care about the job especially those cooking the food! I been to many fire houses locations but none do that steak and cheese like this one does 10/10 make sure to stop by here if you ever craving a good sandwhich

Subs were very good! Great prices and everything tasted fresh. Good late night dinner with our family. We enjoyed the turkey bacon, firehouse hero sub, kids ham and cheese, and a club on a sub. Wish they had the salt n vinegar Miss Vickie's chips. They had some other flavors. Thanks for the delicious quick meal!
