Manager is a bitter faced old woman. My phone was stolen in this parking lot (unrelated but still a tip to this place). Kids working as employees are sweet but hell no to this place if you want any good food. Constantly out of white meat chicken. The woman in charge does not know how to order inventory properly, or she is trying to cut cost by selling dark meat at same price. Yet, you are still charged the same amount. Again, it is not a problem of the sweet young workers, the management is the issue. Best of luck to her with the stank face she constantly displays. Go to the McDonald's nextdoor. Those women know what they are doing.

This is a usual, once-a-week stop...but no more.
We dropped in around 2:30pm, only to find the chicken, (original recipe) was extremely bland.
No flavor whatsoever.
Asked to see the manager. She went in the back then came back to say she tasted a piece and it was fine.
Even the couple eating next to us went back to ask for salt.
Customer service, (or the chicken) has NEVER been this bad.
After decades of coming here on a weekly basis, I'll be taking our business to Popeye's Chicken.

It was nice that they have the potpies since a couple other locations can't make them right now because they have shortage in tins. However, other than the flakey crust top it tasted like it was not cooked enough and watery inside the potpie. Sort of "spitty-like" and pretty nasty.

Workers are rude and slam the window in your face before you can ask for napkins or sauce. The girl with the fake chanel mask was very very rude. The fries are always cold and soggy at this place. Clearly needs new management

The workers here have a combined IQ total of 7. I ordered a spicy bowl and they managed to give me a chicken sandwich. Idk how you can mess that up.

Hey KFC regional office, you have an honest and hard working guy here. John Agusta, manager, takes the bus to work and found my dad's cell phone on the bus. I tracked it to the store and they handed me his phone without any problems. Please recognize him and his son for their honesty, it was not a cheap phone either.

I've never gotten my order right here. It's my fault for not checking my order before I leave... I get home its wrong. i try to call KFC to let them know they messed up my order they total messed up my order (all three side order were fries but some how I got fries, coleslaw, and mash) no answer i was shorted 2 sides I keep calling no answer.... and now I remember why I stopped eating at this KFC!
