They have very long lines at lunch time and dinner time and breakfast.... the food is okay however if you go to Missouri their McDonald's is on point the food looks like the adds and it taste awesome... but California McDonald's has really gone down hill in my opinion they are a 4 out of 10... 10 being the highest

Now this the place to come and eat. Friendly people, take your order fast, food is great. Now how come the McDonald's at 3794 Plaza in o'side learn from this MacDonald's about good customer service?

My girlfriend tried to surprise me with breakfast, I’m lactose and can’t have cheese, so she got me a sausage mc muffin no cheese, all we got was just egg and cheese on bread.. I’m normally what ever about it when something happens but she was really upset Beacuse she was trying to do a good thing :/

Nice and big open dine-in area but would be nice if they had outlets for charging devices. I was there for about 2 hours and didn't notice anyone wiping down the tables since I was there. Also notice a young man who had went on break (was an employee) picked his nose and flicked whatever came off his finger which I found gross and also seen him digging in his shoe scratching whatever was inside his shoe. So packed up my stuff and left. I didn't checked if they wore gloves. But was a bit of a turn off for me.

You'd think if there were an enormous sign on the wall advertising a promo deal, they would honor that promotion regardless of whether the deal had ended. The sign was still on the wall and the cashier was making it clear how annoying she found us tapping her fingers and rolling her eyes at my husband and I for needing to change our order after she refused to honor the ADVERTISED PRICE

Prices tend to be higher at this location - that's the only downfall. They do a great job for McD's.

I always go to the drive-thru. I never have any problems with the employees at the drive-up window.
