Kfc

We got the popcorn chicken meal to split and it was very good. It's been a while since I've had KFC but I don't remember it being that good. I had to wait a little bit for fresh fries but it was a short wait and the fries were definitely worth the wait, they even had salt on them. The workers were nice and they got everything right. I would recommend trying it out.

Told us it would be a 10 minute wait, we went back to the drive thru and were then told it would be another 15 minutes because they were “short staffed”. Drove around the building and saw four workers outside SMOKING and ON THEIR PHONES! Unacceptable! Workers need to DO THEIR JOB and serve the people that are trying to order, not take a smoke break instead. This is ridiculous. The man at the drive-thru also spoke very rudely. (Also yes I know I could’ve gone somewhere else to eat, but I’ve got some issues with food and this was the only food I was comfortable eating). Eventually got our food, but still pretty upset that these workers won’t do their job.

Last night the girl refused to take my order, stated they were only taking on line orders. Seeing that the parking lot was empty, I asked if the chicken was gonna be fresh. She informed me that their fryers were turned off and I would get what they had up, that they only had 3 employees. Ummm I told her I wasn't caring how long I had to wait, I just wanted fresh food, she was being rude for no reason even when we pulled up to order. So heads up, definitely went to somewhere else and won't be back

It was quite an interesting visit. I took a Mobility challenged family member for lunch around 3 p.m. The young lady at the cash register was very kind and patient as I tried to order and also get him safely sat down. It was obvious it was a shift change so a lot of people were coming and going and very squirrely. One man came in and jokingly said good morning everyone. A very loud individual said FU€# YOU. He said it again... good morning everyone. And again, FU€# YOU! The more they talked the more they sounded like a group of thugs. There was only one other individual in there at the time besides us but their voices carried loudly with all of their conversation behind the counter and it was anything but professional and not family friendly in any way shape or form. The food was good, the dining room was clean enough but the atmosphere was definitely lacking and they need some guidance on what working in public means and how to act more professional.
