Dunkin'

I always goes to this location in the morning before work I work at Pete’s from oak park and as we all employees have to take the food certificate test I know the importance of cross contamination. I order a plain bagel with plain cream cheese a part of my bagel had pesto I am sure they put the cream cheese after they did a sandwich with pesto and they didn’t change the spoon or wash it. That’s cross contamination and bad manager they should know to use different spoon.

I received excellent, above and beyond service from Samantha (shift leader) and Aliyah (cashier)! They were very friendly and engaging, they paid close attention to my order details, and they were both just extremely pleasant and professional. This is my FAVORITE Dunkin’/Baskin location, and I am PROUD to be a loyal patron to such an outstanding business and it’s lovely employees! I recommend this Dunkin’/Baskin location to everyone! It’s clean and has a great variety of delicious foods and affordable prices.

Today I was at this location, and the women with the braids was the cashier. This was around 3pm. This lady took both of her hands and dig in her hair to scratch it. She didn’t have a hair net on. After this lady was done she proceeded to try to make my order. I politely ask her to put on some gloves. This women agreed to do so. She took an a step further and washed her hands. This lady caught an attitude and called her friend over to make my order. I asked her friend to wash her hands as well and she did. I I tried to explain to the lady with the braids that I worked in customer service and after coming from the register she was supposed to wash her hands ,dry them and then glove up. She wasn’t hearing it. The lady making my order started laughing and told the lady don’t call me to do an order for you again. They was so rude, and have no customer service skills. What’s the point of having a job if you don’t know how to work with people and sanitation skills.

It's hot. Get a cool treat at Baskin Robbins 21 flavors. Everyday favorites like mint chocolate chip, butter pecan and rocky road. We tried the Lime Sorbet, Turtle and Mint chocolate chip. Kiddie scoops are less than $2. Regular scoops $3.50. Ice cream was great, service not so... This is a Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins in one, so rated for all around experience. No warm welcome, No service at the ice cream counter and not knowing the "rules" of ordering at the Dunkin register as all staff tended to drive through.
