Dunkin'

Had the worst experience, went through drive-through to order my donuts and coffee after my order was done, they forgot to turn off the mic and called me annoying, which I did nothing wrong beside asking what type of cream filling donuts they have. I was super nice saying thank you and please. Well I let that go when I went to pick up my order, my large coffee was half filled after asking them why I’m I paying for a large and receive a medium drink, managers reply was this is what you get we don’t fill up the cups. Staff was rude and manager as well. I have the whole conversation recoded with my dash cam to report them. I’m still surprised that they still have the rude manager and the girl that called me annoying still working there. Be careful with your drinks, they don’t fill it up. And manager told me she heard what she said but they can’t do anything about it because they are low in staff. If that is the case teach your employees how to treat people with respect.

I had a friend tell me, I must try their ice coffee. They were not wrong. OMG the ice coffee was absolute heaven!!! I added cake batter sweetener and whole milk. I'm in love!!! I also got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. It was ok, kinda bland in taste. I will definitely be back for more ice coffee!!!

Dunkin' is my all time favorite donut shop, but NOT this location. I was the only one in line indoors. Had to wait for all the drive through to order & be served before I was waited on which was about 15mins! Was charged over $2.50 for 1 plain donut, and a cup of water. Won't be back. Don't think that girl knew what she was doing, but I'll go to other locations that I'm used to.

I went in to pick up an order. The guy behind the counter was minding his business working, the black girl was minding her business working, the sweet girl w the ponytail at the window and the ankle tattoo was nice, and the one w the gauges was professional, but the bigger white girl with the bun in her hair had that most stank attitude. I’m telling her Good morning and smiling and she just rolls her eyes and walks off. I’m not even a Karen, I bartend, I work in the service industry, and how your attitude is matters. I won’t be back just because I don’t want to be put in a bad mood because someone like her is in one. She was unprofessional and had the worst attitude ever. I’m telling her what my order is and she is cutting me off telling me she knows. I even mentioned how good the donuts looked and asked how they were and she looked at me and said nothing when I asked how they tasted. I was doing a grub hub order and never tried them. So there went the possible sale out the window as well. I just kept smiling because I knew I was going to write this review. Hopefully management sees and gives her an attitude adjustment. I came in around 7 am on Wednesday may 8th 2022, and that’s the last day I will ever come. If she hates people so much, her grumpy tail should find another job.

I had the worst experience here today. On the app it said that they had one of the holiday drinks that I had been looking forward to getting. When I got to the Dunkin it had a sign on the speaker that said they were out of 2 drinks, but they weren’t the drinks that I wanted so I continued to order. When I started my order I was rudely cut off by the worker who told me that “There’s literally a sign in front of your face that says we don’t have the drink”. If the worker would have let me say my whole order she would’ve seen that the drinks on the speaker weren’t the ones I was going to order. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning.
