Dunkin'

Really Dunkin The wax paper still in the sandwich smh. First off I went in there I wanted an everything bagel it seems like this particular dunkin always runs out of everything bagels no big deal so I settled for the sweet pepper bacon sandwich just for it to still have the wax paper in it. Im honestly tired of this dunkin whenever I go there in the morning before work the service is terrible if I decide to walk in instead of going to the drive thru they can at least greet me and simply say one second instead they will all stare at you while all 8 of them focus on the drive thru. I honestly have about ten bad experiences there but never decided to write a review. This wax paper in my sandwich just pushed me over the edge how hard is it to make a simple sandwich that I’m sure is frozen all you are doing is putting it together you guys need to get it together.

This is my local Dunkin spot and I used to be faithful to this store but I had to change spots I only go here when I don’t have an option like today, but I can’t deal with this Dunkin anymore. You gotta repeat the order multiple times; they never give you napkins and I normally forget to ask but they shouldn’t forget it should be automatic I’m the customer why I gotta ask for napkins every time. Another issue that I have with this Dunkin is there’s always new people this is like the training store or something. I can go to Starbucks 3 days on a row and they will remember me. They are slowly losing me as a customer which I am 100% sure the owners don’t care.

Dyslexic workers!!!! I made a mobile order through the app. A large butter pecan ice coffee with sweet cold foam, I got a large hot coffee butter pecan with no cold foam…I use to work at Dunkin’ and the fact that the first step into making a coffee is reading the label and they didn’t even do that!! There coworkers are rude and lazy. I should have went with my gut and ordered from the Dunkin’ in west nyack highly recommend!!
