The manager on duty today (5th Nov, 12pm) was super lovely and helpful. Our little boy accidentally pulled the food tray off the table and spilt some of the food on the floor, which the manager saw and immediately got us replacements of the food.
Never had this sort of service from here before but was very impressed.
Nice staff serving behind the till too.

Lovely place, food always hot and fresh. But the tables are always covered in other people's food. It wasn't particularly busy there today, it wouldn't have taken much for someone to just wipe the tables down.

Today, I ordered my food at the first till and the time it took me to drive to the 3rd window which was around 5 seconds. My good was ready. I was such dis belief.. how fast the service was I expecting when I checked in side the Box meal something would be missing but everything was all there! 🤣 Further more iv come home and the chips taste like they have been seasoned. They taste so nice iv had to go out of my way to leave this review...thanks kfc stafd

They ran out of almost everything and wasn't even lunch time, but they managed to modify my order so I got what I wanted in the end. Excellent service from the lady's this afternoon. Decor is nice too.

Overall is good experience here. Staff are friendly and efficient. Taste as normal, with a large parking space this shop.
