Visited the Nottingham store on Saturday 6th. I would like to complement a young lady called Lauren. She was a delight. Nothing was too much trouble. She found items we wanted on her hand held machine and prominently went off to find them for us with a smile! I understand she's training to be a manager. She will be a credit in whatever position she achieves for Marks and Spencer.

I came to this store today to return an item and to handle a difficult order. I would like to compliment the staff on their customer centric approach and professionalism. They did a great job helping me: they were patient, they listened to me and they went above and beyond to resolve a challenging situation while demonstrating great team work as well. Well done, keep up the good work! 👍🙂🤘

Visit the men's floor weekly looking at their great range of high quality clothing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. no glum faces at checkout either, just smiles and warm welcomes, they are all a credit to the company. The one (and only) time I've had an issue with an item, there was no fuss, no quibble, just a (cash) refund and great customer service. I highly recommend this store for it's friendly and welcoming atmosphere, great customer service and the staff's (sadly rare nowadays) knack of making you feel like you matter to them. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer. Plus, their customer support was exceptional - they went above and beyond to address my needs and ensure my satisfaction. Mandy at the bra fitting appointment was a natural! I was super self conscious about my body but she made me feel right at home. She is an amazing lady. By the end of my appointment I felt super confident and all of the above, comfortable in my own bra for the first time ever! I didn't want to take my bra off even when I got home. Lovely, large M&S store; situated in the city centre. Has multiple levels, accessible via escalator. This is one of the only places I shop for outfits for work, and I always find what I need. They are not cheap, but the quality of their clothing is outstanding. The foodhall is situated at the lowermost level, and I always buy their fruit when I'm there. It's always fresh, and tastes great. Well worth the price. The noticeable reduction in plastic-free packaging is also commendable.

The last time I was in a Marks and Spencer was in Hong Kong over ten years ago. Previously, when they were in Toronto before they left the Canadian market. I wasn't sure what to expect when I entered the store. My 5 year old daughter immediately started looking through the kids clothes but didn't find anything that caught her eye. I browsed the menswear section on the upper most level. This store has 4 levels in total so it is very large.
