It's a Dunkin. Service was quick but the kid taking my order made a mistake that wasn't notified until I got home. Disappointed to not have the limited time Peppermint Mocha Late.

They fixed our coffees that a different location messed up, this location always makes our coffees perfect. I haven't had a messed up order yet from here, great location!

Fast service in Am , later in the day not so much and don't ask for decaf after 5 they won't make it....they are cleaning the pots for closing at 7 !!!!!!

Decent dunkin, the customer service has been great lately, especially with that one person who is always super happy they deserve all the good things. Although it can be slow and the screen is broken and their scanner is janky, they also don't seem to run any A/c. This all seems like poor management/owner issues.
You probably should just go to the one down the street about 5 mins away.

The staff are super friendly! I'm an evening customer, so they're often out of supplies/ingrediants by the time I get there. Not sure if this is because it's such a popular location or other supply issues.

I've had a lot of... Not so great Dunkin' experiences, but I really enjoyed the service here! I only went through the drive thru but feel it's the little things that matter and a smile along with an accurate order is always so nice! I wish every Dunkin' could provide the "free gift" of great service and a smile! Thank you guys!

The DD in Norwich right off 395 is always busy for breakfast. I go there 5 days a week for the superb coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The service is reliably friendly and the staff seems happy to see their customers. I have no complaints. It's a clean place with no surprises.
