I strongly encourage customers to use KFC app to pick up your order inside the store. My order was ready when I arrived. There was no line inside (unlike drive thru). Food was exactly as I ordered it and well protected.

Worst KFC taco bell ever. Try it walk in and you will wait 15 mins standing they care more for drive thru then us customers inside

"New management" is clearly no better. Waited 1/2 hour to get a meal with just three cars in line. Once you're in line, there's no getting out. THE worst KFC I've ever been to.

Slower than molasses! 40 minute wait in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us. STAY AWAY. This isn't fast food, it's a joke. Once you're in line there's no way to leave the line, so you're stuck.

There crispy chicken is so black and greasy, this is the main part of the food I got that costed 11.68 dollars, I won't come here again if this doesn't change.

Except for slow service due to short staff. Great. The food is great. KFC has been improving all over!! Now if they could just work on a new taste for their chicken sandwiches!! Lol.

Absolutely hot garbage. I warn everyone to avoid this particular KFC like the plague. More breading than chicken. Threw up the day afterward (this has happened multiple times...)

Terrible service... the Manager or I think he is the manager, he yells at clients and employees, you need to control your anger problems or look for another job...
