Today I ordered a Turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant toasted. I placed the order on the app for pick up in drive thru. Service was good, I received my food quockly. The croissant was a little burnt but also soggy a very weird experience. Every Dunkin I've been to has been different when it comes to food. The best one for fresh hot food quickly was in Westport; it was walk in only.

Walked in and nobody’s at the front counter but there’s two people working drive thru for one car. Waited about 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Ordered a strawberry coolatta and an iced coffee. I don’t know what they concocted for the strawberry coolatta but it was definitely wasn’t a coolatta. It was disgusting ! And the iced coffee tasted gross. Watered down with milk. Both were disgusting and wouldn’t recommend this location ! Workers probably need more training on how to make the drinks correctly ! Will not be returning !

Absolutely horrible. Looks like they threw the donuts in with as much force as they could. They also didn’t have change and refused to simply round up so I left 44 cents shorted. Never again.

There was a long line at 5 AM… just to realize we were all waiting 20 minutes for there to be no employee at the drive thru. No signs saying it was closed. People tried knocking on the actual door. Nothing.

Fast service, fresh food, ample parking and polite helpful service. Excellent job. Most importantly, it was very clean.

Today (October 18) was the FOURTH time I ordered a vanilla cream donut and got home to find out it was Bavarian cream.
Either they need to figure a way to mark the donuts, or, the workers need to put the trays in the right area!
Strangely enough, this has never happened at any of the other Dinkins around here!

This location supposed to be 24 hours 3:40 am employee looking at you by the window he didn’t wanna serve you…sneakers off ..don’t go to this location….

The coffee is light and sweet which is perfect for the American palate but because of that proclivity I knock a star of bc there just isn't anything special about constant light and sweet with coffee. Donuts are usually phenomenal and the food is there if all other options are burning to the ground.
