Starbucks

I have worked in the same parking lot as this location for over a year and love this location and staff. I am very familiar with the morning staff and the manager, Shelly and they always greet me like they know me when I come in. This staff is competent and usually fast at making orders. The two times (only twice in a yr!) I had an incorrect order they immediately fixed it and one time they did not charge me for my next order. I also bring my boss’s German Shepherd here a lot where they always give him a pup cup as he waits graciously outside.this staff should be recognized for their exemplary service and I hate going to any other location.

My first experience at the location started off with a bang(or an explosion of coffee anyway...)! After welcoming smiles from the staff, I ordered a Venti Latte. I take my seat, and decided to knock over my coffee, creating a HUGE mess. Shout out to Magali for cleaning it up quicker than I could say "oops" and Maggie for replacing my drink, free-of-charge. Keep up the great work 👍

Friendly great people working. There are times when they are buried in orders. Short spurts. Store very clean. Would be nicer if Starbucks remodeled and freshen the table tops. Starbucks should build a stand alone store with drive thru and a bigger store. Starbucks needs to sand those tables.Theyre gross. Employees can't make them any cleaners. That location would attract so much business if Starbucks built a stand alone building. Make it like Lake Forest. A large upscale store!
