Where to begin, I called this store before going the day before and was quoted completely different pricing for game play. Then the told me that they aren’t allowing you to eat inside, only takeout. Upon arriving last Saturday in the morning we found your manager to be rude and completely unprofessional. This guy had on a shirt that was completely wrinkled and had his shirt unbuttoned revealing his chest at a kids play place. Also they were absolutely allowing guest to eat inside. I showed the manager a tripping hazard and he acted like I was bothering him. You’re welcome from saving you from a potential lawsuit Chuck E. Cheese.

My son had a wonderful time celebrating his birthday last month. The party host went above and beyond in curating a great experience for our family. Mom and Dad had as much fun as the kids. Our youngest is special needs, and they were so kind and accommodating to us. The food was also very tasty, and everything was clean and in good working order. It was a great experience and well worth the money.
